A Dublin Story
Dr. Pagniano was born in Columbus and raised in Upper Arlington. His father was a dentist and watching him build a life by helping people planted the seed early. After seeing a few high-end, well-run practices around suburban Columbus, he chased the dream. Dr. Pagniano knew exactly the kind of dentist he wanted to be and the kind of dental experience he wanted to create.
A Specialist & Industry Leader
As a Prosthodontist, Dr. Pagniano specializes in the most complex cosmetic and restorative dentistry, from full mouth rebuilds to expert tooth replacement. He earned his dental degree, his Certificate in Prosthodontics, and his Master of Science in dentistry from The Ohio State University. He has also conducted research at the OSU College of Dentistry where he invested twenty years as a part-time Assistant Clinical Professor, shaping the next generation of dentists. As a leader in his field, he is a published author in the Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry.
A Vital Voice in Columbus Dentistry
In 2016, Dr. Pagniano founded a prestigious dental study club through Spear Education. Some of the top dentists and specialists in the Columbus area meet eight times a year at Dublin Dental Care to sharpen their craft and improve patient care across the region. Since 2013, he's been named annually to America's Best Dentists by the Consumer's Research Council of America. Patients travel from across Ohio, and surrounding states for his specialized care.
Father, Husband, Traveler, Radio Host
He is deeply devoted to his wife and son. He also enjoys traveling with his family, hiking, golfing, flying drones and model airplanes, studying aviation and weather, and playing the piano. He volunteers his time generously, serves in his church and local Rotary Club, and organizes international dental mission trips to underserved communities in the Dominican Republic. A former college radio DJ, he now hosts two popular weekly music shows, “The World Party” and “The Hidden Hits Hour,” on local Columbus stations.
Dr. Chuguo "Joseph" Liao, DDS

From Akron to Dublin
Dr. Liao grew up in Akron, Ohio before heading to The Ohio State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Science and completed his dental degree. After several years serving patients in Central Ohio practices, he joined Dublin Dental Care in 2024. He offers patients a full suite of services including cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, implant placement, extractions, root canal therapy, and Invisalign.
A Gentle Approach
With a passion for creating a comfortable dental experience for all, he treats patients of every age with a gentle hand and genuine warmth. He is beloved by patients and team members alike for his exceptional clinical skills and his unmatched personable demeanor.
Home life
He and his wife are proud to call Dublin home as they raise their young daughter. He enjoys exploring the Columbus restaurant scene, shooting hoops, snowboarding, and playing disc golf. As a bonus, he is a proud Buckeye!

Office Manager
Lisette brings a dentist's eye to everything she manages. Trained as a general dentist in Bogotá, Colombia before moving to the U.S., she now runs the Dublin Dental Care office with the same care she once gave her own patients.

After a decade of serving patients, Christina still makes it her mission to help nervous patients relax. She believes a great cleaning starts with a great relationship.

As an OSU grad, Alicia loves helping patients build lasting oral health habits. Bilingual in Mandarin and English, she connects easily with a wide range of patients.

Holden enjoys building relationships with patients and helping them feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visits. Outside the office, he loves hiking, exploring new restaurants, and watching movies.

Front Desk Specialist & Social Media Manager
Isabel is a Front Desk Associate at Dublin Dental Care and a future dentist, currently building on her Biology degree from The Ohio State University. She loves helping patients feel welcome and, outside the office, enjoys reading, cooking, Pilates, snowboarding, and spending time with family, friends, and her dogs.

Insurance Coordinator and Billing Specialist
Jessica is a part-time Insurance Coordinator and Billing Specialist at Dublin Dental Care. She helps patients navigate their dental benefits by verifying coverage, processing claims, and coordinating insurance payments. Her attention to detail helps make the financial side of dental care as smooth and stress-free as possible.
