Dr. Roland Pagniano, Jr. is the Founder and President of Dublin Dental Care and has been in private practice since 2003. He has received national acclaim for his expertise in restorative, cosmetic, and prosthetic dentistry. Patients consistently rave about his skills, gentle chairside manner, and friendly demeanor.

Formal Education & Training

As a Prosthodontist, Dr. Pagniano specializes in complex cosmetic dentistry, including the restoration and replacement of teeth. He earned his dental degree, Certificate in Prosthodontics, and Master of Science degree in dentistry from The Ohio State University (OSU). At OSU, he learned from some of the best dentists and prosthodontists in the world, including his father, Dr. Roland Pagniano, Sr., as well as renowned professionals such as Dr. Edwin McGlumphy, Dr. Alan Carr, Dr. Bruce Miller, Dr. Wayne Campani, Dr. Meade VanPutten, Dr. Stephen Rosensteil, Dr. Robert Seghi, Dr. Frank Spear, Dr. Robert Winter, and many others.

Dr. Pagniano has undergone extensive graduate and post-graduate training, giving him a deep understanding of smile dynamics, oral health preservation, and tooth replacement creation. He was a part-time Assistant Clinical Professor at the OSU College of Dentistry for 20 years, has conducted research at the university, and published a scientific article about new cosmetic dental materials in the Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry.

Dr. Pagniano has been affiliated with Spear Dental Education since 2016, when he founded a prestigious dental study club at Dublin Dental Care. The club is composed of some of the top dentists and specialists in the Columbus area. Members meet eight times a year, engaging in sessions that promote professional growth by sharing knowledge and ideas, ultimately improving patient care.

In his personal life, Dr. Pagniano is devoted to his wife and teenage son. He enjoys traveling with his family, hiking, golfing, flying drones and model airplanes, studying aviation and weather, listening to a variety of music, playing the piano, gardening, and spending time with friends. He actively volunteers for worthy causes and participates in his church and local Rotary Club. Additionally, he hosts two popular music shows, “The World Party” and “The Hidden Hits Hour,” on a local Columbus radio station.
