Meet the Dentists
Dr. Roland Pagniano, Jr. is the founder and President of Dublin Dental Care and has been in private practice for more than 12 years. He has received national acclaim for his expertise. Additionally, Dr. Pagniano has a passion for teaching comprehensive, state-of-the-art, restorative & prosthetic dentistry to dental students and fellow dentists. Since 2003, Dr. Pagniano has been on the Faculty at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. He has taught several classes and courses to dental students and is a part-time OSU Dental Clinic Instructor.
Dr. Liao is a highly skilled general dentist at Dublin Dental Care. Like Dr. Pagniano, he graduated from the prestigious Ohio State University College of Dentistry. Since 2020, he has been practicing dentistry in the Central Ohio area, bringing extensive experience in general dentistry, including cosmetic procedures, oral surgery, dental implant placement and restoration, extractions, root canal treatments, and more. With his talent and expertise, Dr. Liao has significantly enhanced the array of high-quality services and procedures available at Dublin Dental Care.

Dr.Lisette Pagniano - Office Manager
Lisette is the Office Manager of Dublin Dental Care with an extensive background in dentistry. She earned her Doctorate Degree in Dentistry from La Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá, Colombia in 1996 and spent the next four years working as a general dentist in private practice and public health clinics.
In 2000, Lisette moved to the United States, and a few years later began working at Dublin Dental Care. She earned her Associate’s Degree in Technical Studies in 2003, majoring in Dental Laboratory Studies and minoring in Small Business Management. In 2004, she received her Expanded Functions Dental Auxiliary (EFDA) certification.
In her spare time, Lisette enjoys spending quality time with her family and traveling.
Christina Minshall, RDH - Lead Dental Hygienist
Christina is our lead Dental Hygienist, providing exceptional oral care at our office for nearly a decade. She is a Registered Dental Hygienist who graduated from Cuyahoga Community College with an associate degree in Dental Hygiene of Applied Sciences.
Understanding that not everyone loves visiting the dentist, Christina makes it her mission to help patients relax and enjoy their time in the office. Educating them on the importance of oral hygiene and overall health is a priority for her.
Outside of work, Christina enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. A fun fact about her is that she loves to sing; she even performed a solo at her high school graduation!”
Jan - Front Desk specialist
Jan is our part-time Front Desk Specialist at Dublin Dental Care. Jan has been a core team member at the practice since its inception.
She possesses leadership and strong communication skills to help things run smoothly. “I enjoy providing service excellence. My greatest pleasure in life is helping others. My role as a Front Desk Specialist allows me to do that. I always look forward to meeting new patients, introducing them to our wonderful team, and welcoming them to our Dublin Dental Care family.”
In Jan’s free time she enjoys going to the movies, traveling, fine dining and spending quality time with family.
Hanybel - Dental Assistant
Hanybel is a Certified Dental Assistant through the Dental Assistant National Board and received her Certification in Coronal Polishing from The Ohio State University. She assists dentists with various procedures, ensuring they are completed effectively and efficiently. Hanysbel particularly enjoys caring for our pediatric patients during their cleanings, making sure they feel happy and comfortable. Originally from the Dominican Republic, Hanysbel loves spending time with her family in Columbus and attending church when she’s not at work.
Jessica - Front Desk Manager
Jessica is an invaluable member of our Front desk team. She handles a variety of tasks, from checking patients in and out to verifying insurance coverages and reviewing treatment plans and estimates with patients. With her wonderful spirit, she ensures that all our patients leave the office with a smile. Originally from Buffalo, New York, Jessica and her husband enjoy traveling to visit family. She also loves exploring local parks around Columbus.
